The latest addition to our household is a new slow cooker, and I cannot stop evangelizing about it. OK, so far the only person I am evangelizing is the boyfriend, but now I will expand my preaching to the Internet. Those that listen, anyway.

We (yes, we) bought the Solis slow cooker after I spent some time searching for a new rice cooker and decided that this multi-purpose gadget deserves to be given a good home. I have since purchased an additional cooking bowl so that we can cook a pot of rice in addition to the curry or the stew that was cooking the whole day.
