Here is a quick dessert that I make if I want to pretend that I am eating a healthy dessert: apples covered with oat streusel and baked in the oven.
Quick apple dessert
Ingredients
- 3 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 40 g oat
- 20 g flour
- 30 g vanilla sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 60 g butter, melted
Instructions
- Arrange the apples in a small oven-proof dish.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and distribute over the apples.
- Bake at 180˚C for about half an hour. Serve warm with some whipped cream.
