Leek soup

Sauté 2 chopped onions, sliced white carrots, and about 200 g cubed celeriac. Add 2 large floury potatoes, cubed. Add 500 g leek, cut into thick strips. Pour 1 L of water, add a vegetable stock cube, bring to boil, and cook for 15 min. Blitz with a stick mixer. Season generously with pepper, and if needed, salt.

Serve topped with fried bacon strips.
