An uninspired dinner

At the end of a long day, I am normally drained with making decisions, so if I do not have something pre-planned or pre-ordered for dinner, I find myself wandering through a supermarket in search of inspiration.

The problem with this particular evening is that I went to one of the largest supermarkets in Zürich; I had to buy a few things on my list, so by the time I got to thinking about food, I was as uninspired as a drained lemon.

Luckily, inspiration came: minestrone-like thick sauce, based on what I consider Mexican cuisine, with some corn and avocado on top, and rice as a side dish. Lovely!
